As part of our social contribution, we provided clinic-related support at Inter-park Kuramochi Respiratory Clinic (Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture), which is under pressure during COVID-19.
In the Corona Ward (Ward 13) on the premises of Inter-park Kuramochi Respiratory Clinic, we installed fiber optic lines, tablets and Wi-Fi environment for doctors to have consultations and communication with patients. We also installed surveillance cameras to provide patients with a comfortable and secure environment.
In the clinic, we designed and procured lines to handle calls from patients and installed IVR, thereby improving service to patients and dispersing the workload of the clinic.
Tents were set up to protect patients waiting for consultation from heat stroke at the height of Corona catastrophe. We also dispatched personnel to each PCR center to work as PCR test receptionists.
