How did you join the company?A cheerful workplace always
filled with smiles.
Surrounded by supportive seniors.

Previously, I worked in an Italian restaurant. During my second year with the company, I entered the Corona disaster. With no prospects for the future, I decided to change jobs at Meisei Telecommunications in order to shift to a more stable career. On my first day at the company, when I entered a work site on the roof of a large hotel in Shinjuku, I remember being surprised and excited that such a world existed. I only knew a Phillips-head screwdriver and a flat-blade screwdriver, but as my knowledge increased, it became more and more interesting. After all, the senior workers are all nice people. They are all cheerful people. Basically, everyone is laughing. Actually, I recently went on my honeymoon, and they gave me a lot of recommendations before we went. We went to a restaurant that was recommended to us, and it was really delicious, and my wife was very happy.

Job satisfaction and job interestEven if you are young and
have no experience or
knowledge, Take the initiative
to do what you can do.

In October 2023, I was transferred to the construction management department. I used to work one-on-one with customers, but now I am involved with a variety of people on site. My first job was a new building that was the talk of the town in the center of Tokyo. I moved around, taking care of administrative work such as entry permits so that the technically skilled senior staff could concentrate on on-site work. Because it is a large office, there are as many as 16,000 LAN cables. We proceeded with the construction while also utilizing data management through the system. It was a long six-month project, but I really enjoyed seeing the process of building an office in an empty space.

The best things about Meisei CorrespondenceMy seniors who took time
out of their own lives to teach me.
Words cannot express my gratitude.

We offer an environment full of opportunities, such as becoming a manager at a young age. One of the main features of this company is that there are senior employees who take good care of you. Mr. S., who took care of me in the previous department. He taught me politely from the use of language such as business manners. I was very happy to receive loving teasing from him. Mr. U, who took care of me after I moved to my current department. He has a great customer perspective. He makes proposals that will improve both the customer and our company. He is very dexterous and can do anything. I am really grateful to my seniors who gave up their own time to teach such an inexperienced person. I can't teach like them now, but someday I want to be like them. The backs of my seniors are my goals as well.

ONE DAY SCHEDULE

  • ※Depending on the project, we may come in early.

MY FAVORITE

Fashion

On my days off, I go shopping with my wife. I like clothes, so I go to various stores and look at every detail of materials and shapes to find a special favorite. I like American vintage clothes. I am skinny, so not everything looks good on me, and I am also concerned about covering my body shape. Then, I become more and more maniacal. Having a policy is also important in the manufacturing field. I feel that many people around me at work are also particular about something.
