Training System

Telecommuting Initiatives
The Company encourages telecommuting. We started this program in March 2020, at the beginning of the COVID-19 expansion. In an effort to prevent infectious diseases, we have developed a telecommuting environment that is equivalent to working in an office setting.
By lending various types of terminals and utilizing an online conference system, we have implemented a telecommuting environment at home equivalent to that of an office.
Workplace Vaccination Initiatives
In July 2021, Meisei began offering vaccination against coronavirus infection at the workplace to employees, temporary employees, and their family members, as well as to employees, temporary employees, and their family members of affiliated companies who wish to receive the vaccine.
- Recipients: Total of 2,555 people (as of March 28, 2022)
Leave System
Vacation Leave
9 to 15 days with pay from the day of hire (depending on the month of hire).
Since the pay is granted on 12/21 every year, employees who have been with the company for less than one year will be granted twice a year.
Example: Employees who joined the company on April 1 are granted 15 days + 16 days on December 21 of the same year = “31 days in total”.
Employees are free to take it regardless of summer or year-end and New Year holidays.

Medical checkup assistance
For those who are 40 years of age or older, a physical examination is available at no cost to the employee.
Interview with industrial physician
One industrial physician is dedicated to employee health management. Interviews with industrial physicians are also held upon request of employees.
General information desk
One specialized counseling office manager is dedicated to counseling employees on their problems.
Asset Formation and Assistance Related
Defined contribution pension plan
A corporate pension plan that individual employees can choose. We support employees' long-term asset building.
Premiums are also granted by the company for each year of service.
Qualification Assistance
The company will subsidize the examination fee, reference books, and transportation expenses for those
who obtain company-designated certifications.
Wedding and maternity gifts
This is a system whereby the company provides congratulatory money on the occasion of marriage, the birth of a child,
or the birth of a spouse.
Monetary offering to a person in distress
The company will provide a sympathy allowance after 5 or more days of hospitalization.
