Meisei Correspondence Co.,LTD. (headquartered in Chofu City, Tokyo; President & CEO: Masami Kadomura; hereinafter referred to as "Meisei") is pleased to announce that it will accept the transfer of the global ICT solution business of its consolidated parent company, MIRAIT ONE Corporation (headquartered in Koto-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Toshiki Nakayama; hereinafter referred to as "MIRAIT ONE").

１．Purpose of the business transfer
As a strategic subsidiary to handle global projects in the ICT solutions business of the MIRAIT ONE Group, the objective is to further contribute to the Group and expand the global business of Meisei by leveraging Meisei's engineering capabilities and competitiveness based on its track record and the trust by MIRAIT ONE's customers.

２．Outline of the business transfer
The global ICT solutions business of MIRAIT ONE together with its personnel of the corresponding divisions will be transferred in an integrated manner, with the aim to further expand overall group business opportunities by integrating Meisei's existing data center business and the transferred business. In addition to conducting proposal-based sale’s activities targeting global customers, Meisei will also handle cabling work in data centers and offices.
